Price quiz

Well I only had one guess on the price of the shot, so I guess Jim wins even though it appears that he had the decimal point in the wrong place - the answer is: $4600! And the good news is I am feeling better this time around, maybe because of the extra steroids that I had to take to ward off allergic reactions to the Taxol. Still tired and achey, but hanging in there.

    Hi Donna,

    I missed the contest because I only pop in here 2 or 3 times a week. Is there an email option that will notify me whenever you post an update? I'd hate to miss out on future contests (did someone say prizes?). I would have guessed $850, so that makes me the actual winner, not Jim, assuming you are using The Price is Right rules of whoever comes closer without going over..

    You snooze, you lose - too bad. Of course, since there was no actual prize the losers end up same as the winner! I'm not sure about getting e-mail notification for posts. I would think you could do it, maybe if you were some kind of software engineer you could figure that out?

    I'm not a blogger but I played frogger in college so maybe I can figure it out.. I looked for settings and didn't see it, but it turns out I wasn't "following" your blog, I only visit the URL every time I want to check for updates. Once I signed up to follow you, the settings tab becomes available and you can sign up for twitter notifications or email or whatever you like.

    It's taken me 3 months to figure out how to get on this blog Donna...actually, I was printing it out and reading it at home at night. Today, I finally took the time. I'm wondering if I will be able to get back in and figure it out again, tomorrow! haha...welcome to world of "non-blogger", computer handicapped!

    It was great seeing you last week! Hair or no hair, it's winter and the hats are very good looking on you! When you feel up to it call me for coffee. I've still been under the weather so I've not been at the office as much lately, but the doctors are certain that it's internal issues vs. spreadable. I'm thinking I should be asking my doc for your anit-nausia pills! Although the slow loss of some of my extra weight is a blessing in ways!

    Up early w/ Tilly so while she's playing I'm catching up on your blog. Glad that the Taxol was uneventful...except the price!! Thanks to you, I have a whole new appreciation for my nose hairs and fingernails. Thanks for sharing your journey and the reminder about gratitude. Take care dear...
